New Service Portal ServiceNow
We would like to introduce to you our new service desk portal „ServiceNow“, that will simplify and accelerate management of your services. Thanks to the portal you will now find all the information concerning your services on one place, and it will also eliminate complicated search for information in your mailbox.
The portal offers many features:
- change management of current services
- ordering new services
- incident reporting and easy tracking
- Single Point of Contact for you
- contains all contact information, knowledge base and important notifications from DataSpring
You can access ServiceNow from the internet at following web site: https://serviceportal.dataspring.cz as of March 1st, 2019, using your DSCEN account credentials. In case of problems with login, please contact our ServiceDesk at email@example.com. We are ready to help you.
The „ServiceNow“ portal fully replaces the current „CA ServiceDesk“, which will not be accessible as of March 1st, 2019
Please find enclosed the service portal user manual, which can also be found on our wiki (knowledge base): User Manual.
