Monitoring

The Monitoring service is offered in two alternatives. IT services monitoring and Performance Monitoring. The whole environment is monitored 24/7/365. Depending on the service and its architecture, any parameters and attributes to be monitored are defined. Service status; or service performance metrics for the monitoring can be one of the outputs. They allow to have a clear representation of CPU, RAM, disk, network loads in charts, e.g. for Resource Pool VMware, Resource Pool Hyper-V and Virtual Server services. All monitoring outputs are important for proper and efficient use of the services.
